I would have appreciated efforts being made to read the information from or talk with the referring physical therapist ahead of my visit to more adequately evaluate the concerns she is seeking to address. I communicated this when making the initial appointment.
It would also be nice if the caregivers introduced themselves.
But overall everyone was very pleasant, explained what they were going to do ahead of time and as they were doing it. I appreciated the kind and thoughtful manner of all those I interacted with and felt very good about the experience.”

I can be a very exhausting patient and asked tons and tons of questions, and at no point did I feel like Dr. Smith was rushing me, or even that he made me feel badly that I sometimes that I was even repeating myself. I was very overwhelmed, he stayed calm, he answered everything, is very available and even spoke to me on the phone with my follow up results, which was a huge relief because I don’t live close and it was…it just made me feel like human to not have to go back in just to get results, and actually get them as soon as I came in, and I really appreciate that.
